Oromel 503

Paint formulated with silicone paints. These special resins react as of temperatures of 350ºC, generating a rigid matrix with a crystalline structure similar to quartz. The film loses all its elasticity at higher temperatures, becoming matt and microporous with good resistance to solvents. Not applying thicknesses greater than 20 µm is recommended in order to avoid adhesion problems once the parts have cooled (this must be gradual rather than abrupt).
